Beers from Around the World

Very Partial to English and Irish brews-so I stick around the United Kingdom when I get thirsty. The outside beer cart by the Rose and Crown check in has lots of goodies of course and in the pub you can order the pub blends. My favorite is the Snakebite with Harp & Strongbow. Def going to have to try a Bumblebee this time. Thanks Crush Dude!

Germany had Becks for many years, but I think it may have been replaced. Carlsberg in Norway and Dos XX in Mexico are also great bets as well.

Best beers in Epcot = gotta be La Fin Du Monde in Canada. Or any of the Unibroue beers, I guess, but La Fin is my favorite. Just perfection in a bottle, that.

I'm a huge fan of craft brews, microbrews, whatever you want to call them -- sadly WDW isn't a great spot for those. Most bars will carry a token Sam Adams brew somewhere in the line, at least. Raglan Road probably has the best beer selection of the entire property, but I really wish DTD would get a dedicated craft beer bar.

I enjoyed Raglan Road, but a good craft beer bar would be amazing. Believe it or not I stopped at a super market on my way to Orlando and found a great selection of craft beer 6 packs. I can't remember if it was Publix or Win Dixie but we were probably a few hours southwest of Orlando.

Those are my top 3 beers. I am looking to find more. I love dark amber beers. Surprisingly, I like Carlsberg which is pale. I disliked the two Italian beers sold in the pizza place. The only American beer decent enough is Sam Adams, the rest is bathroom beer.

Another place worth a try is Big River Grill. They do a beer flight that is quite fun. Not as good as R&C of course, but I like to try different brews.

I have it where it can be Edited so if there are any that is not listed that should be go ahead and add it.
I want to make a larger list that includes DTD, Hollywood Studios and Resorts.

If any of you are Spreedsheet wizards feel free to make it look better. LOL.

As far as growlers go, around me you can only get them prefilled at some package stores, or custom filled at breweries/brewpubs. Nothing like getting a properly filled browler fresh from the brewery. Properly filled sealed and stored they should keep for awhile. But once opened, you only have a day or two to consume before it starts to go downhill. Depending on your preferences that maybe a good thing or a bad thing.

Last year my best friend met us out on vacation and we did drinking around the world. It wasn't all beer, as she is not too much of a beer person, but it was a drink, at every stop. The pictures get worse as you go along.
