my favorite is sam adams octoberfest, i's only served two or three months though. Becks at Germany or Dosequis at Mexico are good as well. Just as long as its cold, who cares.

Tried a new beer this year at the F&W festival. I believe it was Schoefferhoffer "Grapefruit". I know the name conjurs up images of bitter beer face, but it was (to my taste) excellent. It was apparently quite highly thought of as they ran out of it the next to last day of our stay in early Nov.

I agree with @Plowboy. I thought the Grapefruit was the surprise hit of the festival for me, and I'm glad I got to give it a go before they ran out the very next day (sounds like we were there at the same time, Plowboy).

As far as non-festival beers are concerned, I think that the Dogfish Head 60-Minute IPA on the standard lounge menu is the best of the "everywhere" beers. As far as the restaurant and lounge specific offerings are concerned, it kind of depends on the time of the year.

The Cabana Bar and Grill at the Dolphin usually has a pretty good, if small, collection of microbrews on tap and in the bottle. It's one of the last places on property you can get a Session Black Lager, one of the standout best from the Craft Beer Booth and the entire Food and Wine Festival two years ago. Right across the the pond in the Swan, you can also get the excellent Brooklyn Brewing Co. Pennant Ale '55 at Il Mulino. The Rose and Crown's "Bumblebee", which is a pub mix of Guinness and Boddingtons, is a good choice when in Epcot.

Also, it might be a little bit of a sentimental favorite of mine, but I quite like the Key West Sunset Ale. It has been available at both the Food and Wine Festival and the ESPN club in the past, not sure if it still is. I do know, however, that it's almost always available at Olivia's, which is in my opinion, an underrated gem of a restaurant.

I always enjoy a Smithwick's at Ragland Road. I also enjoy the Big River Grille and Brewing Works. It has the best hand crafted beer. I love sipping on one while people watching on the Boardwalk. It is also neat to see the large copper tanks they make the beer in.

Why am I only learning this now?

Good grief! My thoughts, EXACTLY!
I'd be kinda' embarrassed about not knowing if it wasn't for the fact that I'm SURE it's because my wife has somehow (up 'til now, anyway) found a way to keep it from me! ;)
Hi hon! :D
It's not my fault...I'm Czech AND German...! :)
