I know for a fact that on numerous occasions, and within the last 6 months, I have been locked out for more than two hours after getting a Fastpass from TSM or Soarin'.

Thanks for the info. I guess they may be changing the rules for when you can get your next one? I'll have to remember to ask CMs about that the next time I get FPs for those, because if I want to avoid getting "locked out" it would be better to know before putting my AP in the machine!

So under this "lockout", how long do you have to wait until you can get your next FP? All the way until the time comes up?

I guess I've had good luck because I've gotten FPs for Soarin and TSMM in the past 6 months and I've always been able to get another FP in 2 hours, even when getting a TSMM FP at 10 AM with a return time after 5 PM!

Maybe it's something they experiment with on select days?
