Beautiful Day in Halifax, NS

Look at what is coming in the harbour We have been having terrible weather lately however today is the start to a gorgeous day. I hope all the passengers have a wonderful day visiting Halifax.

I know, I was like a little kid this morning watching it come in. We are picking Oliver up at daycare early so that we can take him down to see it.....my hubby thinks I am crazy, haha !!!!!

On Tuesday the Disney Magic made its first voyage to Halifax and we were lucky enough to be there. My husband, son and I went to a local park where the ship would pass to watch it leave that evening. It was pretty neat when the ship starting playing the horn. I have been in port with a Disney ship before but I have never heard the horn, that was amazing......I cannot wait for September.

I took about 200 pictures with my new camera but this picture was taken with my husband's IPhone and it is probably better than any I took.

Here are some pictures that I took on Tuesday. We did a little drive by first just to get a closer look

At the last minute they changed the ship's departure from 4:30 to 5 so we were a tab bit early (maybe an hour or so). To avoid any complaining I bribed the boys with some ice cream and that seemed to do the trick

We heard the horn sound and soon after we could see her coming out of the harbour.....oh what a beautiful sight !!!!
