Has anyone managed to eat The Kitchen Sink from Beaches and Cream on there own? and if you finish it on your own do you still have to pay for it or is it free?

Also does anyone know how much it costs?
And also knows what goes into making one?

Thanks
Rich

There have been individuals that have finished an entire kitchen sink but I have no idea if they got it for free. A kitchen sink has scoops of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee and mint chocolate chip, smothered in every topping they have a full can of whip cream and a handful of cherries. Cost is $22.

Oh that thing was awesome. It took me and 5 other people to finish it. A suggestion though: one of the people I was with was allergic to whip cream. I've had it with and without, and I have to say its much better without the can of whip cream on top. We requested the can on the side since it was part of the charge. MUCH better in my opinion.

Lets see if I can remember what was in it:
  • Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Coffee, and Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
  • Vanilla Cake, Chocolate Cake
  • Caramel
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Sprinkles (colored and chocolate)
  • Milkyway Bar
  • Snickers Bar
  • Gummies
  • Cherries
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Bananas
  • Nuts
I know there's a few more things I'm forgetting.

6 adults and 2 kids did this on my trip in 2001. It was ridiculous. We didn't finish it. Once it starts to melt and everything blends together... blech!

I don't like coffee, and that's such a strong taste/smell that the coffee ice cream made it difficult for me.

I'm happy getting my single individual cone.

It is an experience to try though!

You don't have to get all of the flavors if you don't want - I HATE mint anything, and the CM told me I could choose which flavors they used. The entire thing is customizable should you not like anything they include.

Oh the Kitchen Sink!!! We had one during our last trip. I have family who lives in the area and they surprised me with a belated birthday. There was 6 adults and 1 child. We didn't finish it all, but came very close. We really enjoyed it. It has so much different stuff in it that you never know what you are going to take a bite of. We had fun size chocolate bars, chocolate chips, bananas, syrup, and anything else you can think of. Its well worth it!!!

We took on the kitchen sink in the late 90's I believe... 1998? Doesn't really matter... I think they used to put your family's picture on the wall if you finished it. We were excited to give it a shot... the waitress brought it out... it included everything everyone above me has mentioned thus far... with one glaring exception - ours included a loaf of banana bread. It was about 3 inches wide, 5 inches long, 3 inches high. We had no trouble devouring all the ice cream, sauces, whipped cream, nuts, etc... but the banana bread did us in :)

We had one for my birthday about 3 years ago. 4 adults, and we could only eat about 60%. It was alot of fun though, they flickered the lights and made a big deal of it as they brought it to our table.
If I was at home I would post a few pictures, but someone else already linked a few. I think its one of those "once in a lifetime" on the "Must Do List" for WDW fanatics!.

On the episode of Great Hotels - Disney Beach Club Samantha Brown orders the Kitchen Sink. She listed all the stuff that was in it. It gave me a belly ache just looking at it.

My family is going down saturday and I told mom about it. I think we may try it our first night there. It'll be 6 adults and 2 kids. I think we'll be able to make it to the bottom.

I got one for myself a couple years ago. My server said it was free if I could finish it within an hour's time. I had even forgone breakfast that day just to try the Kitchen Sink for lunch.

To be more specific on the flavors, it was 2 scoops each of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, and 1 scoop each of mint chip and coffee. CrashNet pretty much listed everything else in it, but for some reason I remember some sort of peanut butter sauce in it also, asl well as Oreos.

BTW, I ate about 75-80% of it in 20 minutes and had to stop else someone might have had to clean that 75-80% off the floor. Then the silly thing is I walked over to Epcot and by the time I got there from BC I was hungry enough to get some fish & chips at Great Britain.
