Beach Club

I read on Deb's WDW Guide that there are renovations being done at the Beach Club from October '02 through March '03. We have reservations in a couple of weeks, will there be alot of noise from work being done? Will it interfere with our vacation(afternoon naps)?

I doubt it...

There were no complaints when they were building the new villas, so I doubt there will be complaints about the renovations. They will be doing the work in the rooms anyway, so there won't be any major construction. At the Polynesian they are gutting the longhouses, and it isn't bothersome to guests, so I have a feeling this won't be either.

i was there at the end of october and it didn't bother me one bit. The only thing i really noticed was the boards along the swimming pool... a bit of an eye sore but i could live
