Do Buses come to the TTC at a quicker rate?
Now busses for DHS and AK go directly to MK's gate with the resort busses. The TTC just has the monorail to EPCOT now as far as I know

It all depends on where you want to go... TTC is more of the place for the resort buses to go and it is true that DHS and AK are now at the MK bus loop. We did B C last year as our first stay Not on the monorail. Since my kids are still small, we preferred the Monorail resorts. Quick and easy access to MK. If it was my choice, and I didn't have kids, I would do Beach Club for the easy walk to Epcot. The bus from B C to MK was a little frustrating during the middle of the day. Not as easy to go back for a nap. So we booked the Contemporary this year!!!

Honestly it seems your heart is set on resorts that are on the Monorail. So, why not just stay there and price out your options. Since MK is your place to spend most of the time I feel GF or Con would suite you best. I love the Poly but don't know how the construction is at that time so could not say to you to consider staying there. If your bugget can afford GF or Con, then why not just stay there and enjoy your get away. Have a Magical Day.
