Where would you recommend trying to sit at the pool? If you have kids say 6 to 9 yrs old. Curious as we are going there in June

We generally try to snag a seat by the slide/shipwreck area. It seemed to us that around that area afforded us the widest sight range. lol well about as good as it can get. Also it is right in front of the bathrooms, the game room and beaches and cream. We use to hit the take out area but the last 5 years we've stayed elsewhere so not sure if B&C still has the take out line.

I did see those, but considering we arre already treating for my inlaws, not working it into my budget this go round. You will have to tell us how they are.

We did the cabana's at GF for basically the same reason you are thinking. we were traveling with 2 elder aunts in August. We loved them BUT we used it on our non park day. so basically we dropped down on the number of days in the park to help defray the cost.

so let me say, I loved them. would I stretch the budget to get them? no.

beach club is my favorite resort. you can't go wrong at cape may cafe (breakfast and dinner are great) and beaches and cream is a must do also. the kitchen sink is an experience but my favorite is the no way jose. if you have a few quiet minutes, enjoy the solarium. it's peaceful and lovely. i love to sit in there with coffee in the morning.

Beach Club/Yacht Club is my favorite place to stay. Everyone has already covered the great location and walking into Epcot or boating to HS. I'll add if the kids are small the kiddie part of the pool is nice but if they are a little older and don't care about the slide try one of the quiet pools. Chances are the pool will be almost empty since everyone else wants the big pool. My husband likes to nap in the afternoon and I've found it very relaxing reading a book by the quiet pool.

We all love eating at the Crew's Cup next to Yachtsman Steakhouse. It used to be our first stop for lunch after checking in but I think the hours have changed and it is only open in the evening.

If you are going to walk through Epcot to catch the monorail to MK allow extra time because if you are like my family we make multiple stops to shop on our way through.

If I were staying at Beach Club and walking to Studios I would take the nearest fire exit/stairway to put me on the main promenade and walk left to the boardwalk. Once there, cut through the Village Green, make your way past Luna Park pool, and you’ll shave extra time and steps from your commute.

So many folks walk in right angles, only take main paths, and always enter/exit through their lobby.

Exactly.
Case in point: on our last visit, our room was actually WEST of the main lobby. To get downstairs via the elevator meant trekking east about 5 minutes. The quickest way out was the stairwell immediately west of our rooms that dropped us out right next to Martha's Vineyard and just west of Cape May Cafe.

Right.
At Beach Club, many folks are in the wings close to Epcot but they walk away from the park to exit at the lobby then back track on the promenade to get to the park.

Same at Yacht Club; folks use the lobby exit and actually walk away from the Studios only to have to loop and back track as they head to the Studios.

So the lesson is. Find your nearest exit and use that when applicable.

I was hesitant to stay here at Christmas and New Years but this turned into our favorite resort! The ability to walk to two parks, the pool and the boardwalk area is amazing. We loved it so much we just did an impromptu trip last week and spent another week there!!🥰

BC is my favorite resort, you’ll love it! Walking over to Epcot through the International Gateway is such a treat, it’s so peaceful. The boat to HS is also very relaxing. I totally agree with the poster above’s suggestion to go to France for breakfast. They have wonderful pastries, mimosas, and great coffee and it’s lovely to sit outside a listen to the music while enjoying your coffee/food.
