Wow! Just checked, and the only day in October with a ressie available is 13 Oct (180 days from today)!! I'm guessing you used 180 +10 to get your ressie?

As @HouCuseChickie stated, there are ADR Hoarders. These people will use multiple credit cards along with multiple accounts for dining reservations. They can't make up there mind right away so they book in the masses until a few days prior. I just came back from WDW for our trip during the 1st week of April. I had all my dining reservations booked exactly 180 days prior to trip which was in October. BoG was one of our favorite restaurants. Keep trying everyday and hopefully something will open up especially a few days prior to the trip.

We've been watching it for a few days now, as our 180 day mark is tomorrow. It has been booked for dinner each time we checked! We're going to start checking online and calling as soon as possible tomorrow morning, so we're hoping for the best. We have our schedule setup so that we can go to BOG any one of four days and switch the others around. We're hoping for the best, expecting the worst. :)

I had the same fear when I booked mine this past Monday... I ended up calling the dining reservation lines at 7 AM when they opened (Website wouldn't let me do the 180 plus 10 day reservations) and had abs no problem getting the time and day I wanted for BOG :) just make sure u call when they open.. they do book up before before 9 AM typically

We were able to get BOG on @ 6:50pm. We plan to go to MNSSHP that night, so we'll be at MK already; however my wife is concerned that if they are running really behind on reservations, we would be cutting it really close to the special fireworks for MNSSHP. It wasn't our first choice, but it's all they had open, and I even called right at 7am EDT on our 180 day mark!

Our 180 is today and at 6:15 this morning I was able to get us a 4:40 ADR (which is the time we wanted) for our MNSSHP day. There looked to be other times available this morning when I booked. I just wanted to point that out so that others who have their 180 days coming up don't get too discouraged.

However, I do feel the need to mention that we are a party of 2 and were looking for a very early dinner ADR, which I know gives us a very slight advantage over larger parties.

Had no problem getting ADR at our 180 day mark. The best still was in November last year when when the took reservations for the day at 10:00 am.

I booked BOG right when I booked my trip which was only 176 days out and they had ADRs still available.. My dinner is at 810 PM so just try to be flexible with your times! Keep checking! You never know! :)

OK this may stray a bit from the thread but I'm asking the dumb question of the day (let's blame my very short attention span as well) Be Our Guest has counter service right so you can just walk up? Reason I ask is that my son's best friend will possibly (keep your fingers and toes crossed) on our October trip with his family and B&B is his favorite movie but he would hate a loud crowded restaurant plus both of them are extremely rigid in their eating (anyone with a child with autism gets that;)) so I was thinking of just taking the boys through and getting a snack there, I believe I can do that but just wanted feedback if this is so off topic I need to spin it off just let me know. Thanks!

BOG is considered CS for Lunch, but you don't exactly "walk up."
A line forms early in the morning before the lunch serving begins. At the least, you'd have to wait in line for a while.
For lunch, you order on a touch screen kiosk, are seated, and your food is brought to your seat.

On our last visit, my mouth about hit the ground when I saw the line for lunch. I think it was the longest line throughout MK at that time!

As much as we want to try and get an ADR there, we haven't even tried. I think we'd just rather wait until it's not so new anymore and less crowded. There are other places in MK we already enjoy so we will stick with those until either February 2014 for the Princess Half or 2015 after our trips to DL and a trip to DLP. Hopefully by then the newness will have worn off and we can get in :)

So i've heard.
I'm going in December, solo. I'm hoping to be able to get a Dinner rez. Otherwise, i'll have to skip. I'm not standing in a long line just to eat lunch.

Do not be so sure you need to skip it. Based on someone's suggestion on this website, I didn't queue up with everyone else early in the AM. I went at 1:30 PM and it was fifteen minutes end of line to seat and five minutes to food. Incredible. Try later in the afternoon.
