Be Our Guest Restaurant FastPass+

Ok. So I just got off the phone with a Disney Dining Rep re: how to book a fastpass for lunch at Be Our Guest. She told me that I have to wait for an email invitation. And that email could come at any time including the day before our trip. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have been to Disney more than 20 times but not with FP+ or MagicBands. Has Disney gone loco?!!!

Back in March we got our email invitation during our trip. Since I did not check my emails througout my trip because I was on vacation, we completely missed out. We did get to eat dinner there though and the place is AMAZING!!!

I just got my invitation email and reserved my lunch! Does anybody know if this will show up under my reservations on the Disney website? It does not show up under mine. I took a picture of my confirmation and will keep that with me just wondering if it will ever show up in my plans??

It is a beef broth based soup with soft onions, topped with bread or croutons and swiss cheese. One of my favorite soups. BOG's isn't bad, I like my home version better though.

It looks delicious but that bowl is huge - I am not sure I want the soup on a hot August day now lol. I honestly only want to go in there for the strawberry cheesecake cupcake - I hope that will not be a problem.

My husband and I shared it so we would have room for the triple chocolate cupcake. It shouldn't be a problem just to go in for a the cupcake you want though.
