Be Our Guest - QS - Chances of getting it?

We have not visited WDW since the Be Our Guest restaurant opened.
We would love to be able to eat dinner there during our next visit, but I understand that the reservations are booking up quickly.
If we are not able to book a dinner reservation, what are the chances of getting in for a QS meal?
How long of a wait is there during lunch?

You'll definitely get in, you'll just have to stand in line. It seems to vary from a 20-45 minute wait.

We went twice last week! It was amazing! Both times we got in line at 2:00 and had our food by 2:30!!!! And it was spring break week! They are very efficient. Food was amazing! Strawberry Cream cheese Cupcake a must do!
