Be Our Guest - How Quickly To Make Reservation?

We will going to Disney at the end of January. I know that Be Our Guest is quite popular. I've read that reservations can be made 180 days out starting at 6 AM EST. Will I need to be ready to make a reservation as quickly as I can? I didn't know how tough it would be since it's a little bit of a slower time. Thanks for the help!

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
BOG is one you absolutely have to try right at 180 at 6am eastern online that very day even at "slower" times of the year. Now if you can't get it right at 180 (or 180+10 if staying on property) as that may happen don't give up and keep trying and usually something eventually opens up especially the closer to you get. even the day prior to
Your desired time is often a good time to catch one. Hope you get it! ;)

How many in party? Was able to get my party of 10 in for Jan 5 but had to make a 6&4 within 5 minutes reservation time of each other. First time I tried they were about an hour apart but next day I was able to tighten them up. Good luck.

We are going in Sept and at 180 days at 6 am on the dot the only time I could get dinner was 10 days out on our trip and for a not so desirable time...nothing else was available for our party of 10. Smaller parties can find things with a little less hassle but still a 180 day must do. I was able to book a lunch much easier.

BOG you really need to be trying as soon as you can. If you are willing to eat at off hours, IE dinner at 4, you have a better shot, but even those will be quickly taken by people who don't get the times they want. If you don't get what you want, keep trying, something better may open as people shift their plans around.

Is lunch easier to book than dinner? I don't care if we get 11am as our lunch time.

No not really you still need to try right at 180 etc. It can be a little easier at the off lunch times like after 1:30pm or really early like 10:30am but it can be just as hard to get as dinner. Same thing though keep trying up until even on your trip for it the day before your desired day etc. We always do lunch but I book right at 180+10 and I book a late lunch like 1:55pm etc. Also we book dinner sometimes too for a different day and kept trying and got that one after 180. ;)
