If I had an ADR at BoG for 9:15 am, would we be expected to enter the park with everyone else at 9:00, or would we be able to sneak in using the line for the early ADRs?

You would need to enter with everyone else. Cast members verify your reservation time before allowing you in the pre-opening ADR line.
