Be A Savvy Traveller Promotion?

When looking at Universal Studios Endless Summer resort costs for staying 3 nights in January 21, there is the “Seasonal Rate” and a “Be A Savvy Traveller” rate (which is cheaper than the seasonal rate).

I can’t find anything on Google that explains what the “Be A Savvy Traveller” rate is for. Is it a promotion? If so, anyone know when it expires?

It’s not a FL resident promotion.
