OK, here goes . . . please keep in mind I got this from the manager (Mr Zhang) at the China Pavilion. He gave me basic instructions (except for the amount of bourbon) so it may take some experimentation.

Black tea
coffee
heavy cream
chocolate syrup
bourbon
sugar (optional)

Combine the tea and coffee. Combine cream and choc. syrup. Add the cream/chocolate to the tea/coffee. Add a dash of sugar if you like. Mix and add bourbon. (2oz of bourbon per 10 oz drink.) Serve over 1/2 cup ice.

Sounds easy enough. I think I may start some mad scientist mixology this weekend. :D

How have I missed this one! I am making a list for my post marathon celebration in January this is going at the top, it has all my favorites, sugar, fat, chocolate, caffeine and liquor! Thank you!

Pick one up at the Joy of Tea stand. I have heard they were only a summertime drink, but maybe that has changed. I had one in October, so you never know.

I hope its not just a summer time thing! I was sorely disappointed to find out the cup of hot salted caramel was just a food and wine thing...Hopefully I won't miss out on this one too because of poor timing! Annnd isn't it always summertime in Florida?!
