Bathroom scales

Can anyone recommend a good bathroom scale? I had a doctor appointment today, and according to them I lost 5 pounds since I last saw them about six weeks ago. When I weigh myself at home, I don't see much change.

I'm certain a more accurate scale would help me better in keeping on track, weight wise.

I'd like something that is accurate, but not too expensive, if that's even possible.

Any help would be appreciated. I have until December for my week in Disney on the dining plan. Looking to "make some room", as much as possible. I've even given up movie theater popcorn, which has always been my greatest diet weakness,

I just use a walmart Digital scale.. Works great! I even take it to Disney so I know how much walking around the parks I have to do to work off my dinner!! :)

I've used http://www.tanita.com/en/bc533/ for years. Been very good.

Important thing is to weigh yourself at the same time everyday, ideally first thing in the morning. Try to keep everything the same.
I looked at this one via the link, and it looks good. A little pricier than I was going for. I've always wondered though, how can standing on a scale tell you your fat % and bone density and stuff like that?

That's basically what I've been doing.
I haven't been sure how I've been progressing, but had two good doctor appointments the past couple days. One said I'd lost four pounds since seeing him in late December. Then, another called with results of my latest blood work, which showed that my sugar and cholesterol are in a good place. So I must be doing something right.
Then again, I had half a large pizza for dinner tonight, and will soon have a big piece of chocolate cream pie that I just got from my niece's school, fundraiser!

You can do this...! Try going for walks and pretend like you are walking WDW... turn on some Disney tunes on your ipod... :) Try not to eat past 5:00 with dinner being your smallest meal if possible.....
Exercise will really help... Another tip write down what your eating and write your weight down every other day.. :)

I treadmill or stationary bike two or three times a day. Not eating past 5 would be good, but I just can't handle that yet!
