The article you read may have been refferring to the placement of new security barriers around DISNEY LAND in California.

They recently completed a project to increase security around its perimeter using a number of different materials. It was more necessary here due to its urban setting. With 47 square miles to cover at WDW, it would take a LOT of barricades!!! :lol:
