If you're a single woman in a bar paying for your own drinks, you're doing something wrong. There are not a lot of bonuses to being a woman, but free drinks is on the short list.

I want to try that Casablanca Sunset in Restaurant Marrakesh. Also the Sahara Splash. (Not on the same night.) one day! :)

Hi friends. My family and I are heading to Disney on January 22nd. We wanted to try something different and spend an evening grabbing a couple drinks at the bars along the resort monorail loop. We have a 5:30pm O'Hana reservation on the 27th and were planning on starting out monorail crawl from the Polynesian. Any suggestions as to which bars at each of the monorail resort we should try? Also, we rented an offsite villa because there are 8 of us adults. Will it be an issues that we are not staying on Disney property and utilizing these resort bars? Thanks in advance!
I recommend Bar Rafaeli.

Make sure to have a Lapu Lapu at the Tambu Lounge. I will admit that they are slightly over-rated, but in my book, you can't beat a drink served in a giant pineapple while in the fake South Seas.
;)

I've had one of these before at Tambu before dinner last trip. You are right, you cant pass up the giant pineapple haha. ;)

If you ever decide to, message Dave. He could give you a heads up on where to go, where to avoid. :)

We go off season so the parks generally close earlyish. We've gone to Tambu and the Wave. Tambu was busy and loud. We were practically the only customers at the Wave. Sat at the bar and had a great time with the bartenders. Yes it's a little expensive, but what isn't? Haven't stopped at Mizner's.... next time ;) We're already planning on checking out the Territory Lounge at the Wilderness Lodge.

There are a few ways you could go about doing the Monorail Crawl.

For us we start at Tambu Lounge, then to Mizner's, and we finish at the Wave so we can catch the fireworks from either the Concourse patio or from the Poly's beach.
