banking points

i want to make sure i understand how this works.

let's say that i purchase 200 points at okw.
i go on a week trip and only use 150 of those points. i'm unable to go back on another trip for the rest of that use year. so, i bank the 50 points.

the next year i am able to take another week trip and that trip also uses 150 points. i use the 50 banked points and 100 of the new 200 points to pay for the room.

so, does this mean i can then bank the 100 points to use the following year? this would give me 300 points i could use the following year?

Year 1: 200-150 = 50 left
Year 2: 200 - 100 (Used your 50 from last year) = 100 from this year
Year 3: You have your 200 + your 100 from last year.

That is correct

I believe you are correct, you will just max out at being able to bank 200 points after a few years as long as your accommodations only run you 150pts per year.

In year 3 you can borrow 200 points from year 4 and combine those with the 300 points you already have available to get to 500 points and book a grand villa:):):)
