Bank One Visa....$25 Disney $$$ ???

I see on the official WDW site they have a link to apply for a Bank One Disney Visa and get $25 Disney Dollars upon use.

Hmmmmmmm

Let's say I already have a BO Disney Visa.

I'm thinking close my current credit card and re-apply to get the $25 DD........

Can anyone think of a reason that this would not work? I'm sure there are others who think as I do on this site...........Steve

If your credit score has gone down... that's about it...


however, if your credit score is checked too many times in 1 year, that can negatively affect your credit rating...

meaning, is $25 really worth your credit rating?

Some cards will not let you apply for new cards with the same company within a year of having one previously so that people do not do what you are asking about.....you would have to read through the credit card terms for the Disney Visa.

You are right - It's not worth it but I'm mad because I've charged $2k over the last 5 months on groceries, gas, etc and only have $20 rewards to show..........I feel like I want to get that $25.......... kinda like when you buy something and it goes on sale the next week.
