Baggage Fees

We booked our flights today :sohappy:

Have a question though ... We are flying United and wonder when we pay our baggage fees. Was it supposed to be included in the reservation, or do we pay when we check in online, or do we pay when we physically check in our baggage?

It would have to be when you physically check your bags. How else do they know how many you have?
