Ok, I just want to go on the record here and tell you that the guy who built the coaster is an idiot. (Among other things... the term "hick" comes to mind, specially since he's form SOUTHERN Indiana... please don't base your opinion of us centralers on those that live further down. NO offence to those perfectly normal folks who live down there... but surely you've noticed the majority of your "kin" are beer swigging four wheel driving bad to the bone rednecks) You have praised him for knowing physics but get this. He didn't know the physics! He said himself in an interview that the first time he rode it he didn't even know if it would work or that he would survive, a big part of which being the fact that the "seat" is an old Ford seat. His lack of knowledge in physics is primarily brought to light by the fact that his "loop" is a perfect circle. BIG mistake. No major SAFE coaster has a loop that is a perfect circle. It doesn't work. Too much force. I'm not gonna go into detail, so if you wanna know more about that... read up on some Amusement Park Physics. While doing my term paper for school last year I interviewed him and went to his house as my report was on Theme Park Physics. After viewing the monstrosity I quickly declined an offer to ride it. But, what more can I say? He's from Indiana... maybe we're too ambitious here in our Hoosier state. One thing is for sure though, when he starts building these coasters for large chain parks, which he has claimed he's doing (though, looking at his designs... no sane company would buy his coasters... nope, not even Six Flags), you wouldn't catch me dead (hehe, I made a joke) on one of them. Pardon me if I sound harsh.... but what this guy is doing is NOT safe and people who know the first thing about physics can see that. He's giving our state a bad name! Granted, our state quarter is going to also (We are gonna look like SUCH hicks...) but, what are ya gonna do but vent your feelings on a Disney board. Hehe.... I kill myself. (If only...)
