Backyard Monorail Slide Plans!

Hi all. I was searching ebay for a Monorail toy when I found this:

It's plans for a backyard Monorail slide. It just looked cool and I thought you people might want to see it. If this is in the wrong place, sorry. I don't think Imagineering would work along with any other category so I decided to put it here.

Now that's an awesome idea, but why would someone put that on eBay. That can easily be blown up and taken from that site and get the directions from it without having to purchase it. I'm sure the WDI would be able to answer your question if you would like to build your own since that article is really old. They might have a newer version of it which is better and safer. None-the-less, thanks for sharing that with us!

Put a stop on the end of it, then put it next to a pool. When the car slams into the end of the rail, the rider will get tossed into the pool!

That's exactly what I was thinking. It would be perfect to have that at the end of a pool. It would be an excellent thing to put in place of those pool slides in the fact that this one you could have fun on. As for the second site listed with a newer monorail, that would be fun to have as a miniature train to go around the yard. I'd have that made electric and put the actual monorail sounds to go with it along with the soundtrack of it.

Yeah, I can see it now. As you go past a hamac (sp?) and colorful flowers you hear "Welcome to Walt Disney Worlds Polynesian Resort."
