Backstage Tours

I'm in the beginning stages of planning a trip for my sister and I to take next June. I have always been interested in the Keys to the Kingdom Tour, and am considering that (if we can come up with the $) There is also a Marceline to the Magic Kingdom tour listed on the website. I am curious to hear if anyone on here has taken the tour. I know a lot of trivia and such about all the parks, so I am wondering if it is even worth it to do either. Anyone have any info about the tours?

We've done the Keys to the Kingdom, Mickeys Magical Milestones (canceled) and Backstage Magic. IMO the tour guide and/or other guests can make or break your experience. KTTK we were seriously with some duds. Would not interact with the tour guide which obviously affected her performance. MMM our tour guide was sort of wishy washy but it was still OK. Best tour ever Backstage Magic... tour guides were so awesome that years later we still remember their names and resumes. Other tours... more recent and we couldn't tell you their names. I think tours are definately worth the money. The tour is in the hands of the tour guide. We saw another group a couple days later stopping for a break and getting trivia with a different tour guide and the info/location was totally different. You get a 20% discount with the Disney Visa.

Our first tour was KTTK, loved it, had a great guide, (she had alot of back stories)

We have also done Wild by Design @ AK, Undiscovered Futureworld @ Epcot, Backstage Magic.
When we took the tour at AK, the other participants cancelled and no showed, we thought they would cancel the tour... Disney was great... my husband and I had a personal tour and our guide was Fabulous!!

Keys to the Kingdom was well worth the money, as a huge Disney fan I really enjoyed it and may do it again in the near future.
