Backstage FLE Bits & Pieces

I was on the bus headed to Grad Nite yesterday when our bus suddenly took a detour through a grassy backstage area on the right before you hit the MK parking lots. As we coasted by, I was lucky enough to spot bits and pieces of facades and such for FLE! (Forgive the quality of some pictures. I had to alter them to show in the crappy lighting)

I could see at another angle that this forms a gothic arch. Part of the new castle walls?

This looks like a window for Belle's cottage:

This last one is of several large fake gray boulders and rockwork that appears to be heading for LM:

To my knowledge it's always done that way now, but I don't know how long it's been common practice. I remember Uni did the same thing when they were building WWoHP. Makes you wonder what other cool stuff they hide from us :lookaroun

Someone posted some pictures a while back of some rock work being worked on at the STOLport. I wonder if that's were this work was being done.

All I remember is that we took the bus lane through the parking ticket boxes and stayed in the farthest right lane. Soon there was a big grassy lane going between a huge clump of trees and the main expanse of forest. We went through there and then back on the main bus road under the lakes and past the Contemporary. Sorry if my local is a bit vague; it was quite dark.

Because of the volume of people coming in at one time by bus for GradNight they bring the busses to the backstage area and let the guests enter from the back instead of unloading at TTC and having to take the ferry or monorail. Atleast I'm guessing that's why they do it.

Guessing that was the staging area at the STOLport. Everyone on the Epcot monorail, keep your eyes peeled and take lots of photos. :)

No, because this area was in between the parking pass booths and the tunnel under the SSL before the Contemporary. I'm trying to find it on google earth too, to no avail. If you drove where we went, you'd prolly get escorted out XD
