Probably to save on $$. Not trying to be spread doom and gloom but that's the only reason that comes to mind. I'm sure they plan to do something there at SOME point but obviously they haven't been in a rush. They've worked on the hat, wouldn't want them working on more than one thing in the park at a time ... lol

I'm sure that there quite a bit of work that can be done without permit. Removing non structural property, fixtures etc. Then assessing structural that is left on how to integrate. Then there could be nothing at all going on.

You want a good view of what's there? Go to the highest part of the Lights, Boring, Action seating area and go to your left to look down to see what's there..

Almost all of the offices back there have been relocated and emptied out. That was occuring even before they shut down the tram tour.
