Does it still have the ghost whisperer style front?
They
They actually only go to 2015 in the movies.... So technically we're three years away from hover boards and flying cars.... I assume in the ride they went to 2015 too.
Getting to actually walk on the sets...knowing that thousands have been made there...awesome!
13 sleeps and I'll be there... Can't wait!
Did you decide if you were going to do the VIP Tour or not?
No... Still undecided... How long does it take? It seems pretty expensive.
And BTTF's present is now as far in the past as the past was in BTTF. It's still a movie that can be enjoyed by all, though, which says a lot about what a great movie it is.Same reason most rides are closed, it was old and less popular than its replacement was predicted to be.
Plus, this specific ride would have eventually dated itself more than most. In a few years, BTTF's "future" will be the present.
Because 2015 is three years away and we look nothing like the movie lolWhy did they close this ride? Back to the Future is still popular, even if the final film came out 22 years ago! I had told my younger brother while planning for our first trip about the ride, when he had been an avid fan of the series, and when we got there, we asked where it was. Oh, it was replaced by the Simpsons? That was very disapointing. Any reasson why they did close it?

.
I remember that too. One of the last times I actually rode BTTF, there was hardly any wait. We're all getting so old.
I remember when this was brand new with a positively enormous line filling the entire queue line below the ramps in front of the building, TVs everywhere showing the Doc, Huey Lewis and the Enchantment Under the Sea dance music blasting on loudspeakers...
You can see the cars from the Back to the Future films and Courthouse Square at Universal Studios Hollywood.
A replica Delorean and the steam train are at Universal Florida too.
