Just got back from the World today and wanted to share some notes on what I saw:

Magic Kingdom

-Space Mtn was indeed better with the soundtrack and extra darkness. Walked right on it even though the stand-by time was listed at 20 min
-Small World's entrance sign was moved while we were there. We were in the Magic Kingdom on Sunday and the tarps with the castle fecade were still up but come Thursday, the fecade tarps were down and the sign was moved to the ride's former exit. Sorry, no pics of this, although I'm sure someone has posted something by now lol.
-The Tea Cups were closed (as already indicated) but didn't have a wall up on Sunday. Come Thursday, the wall was up around it.
-Construction is moving fairly well with FLE. Mermaid's building shell appeared to have had more up than the recent updates that were posted here before we left. Didn't have a chance to ride Dumbo for some pics though.
-Main St and Peter Pan tarps were still up but didn't really bother me.
-Crane is gone from the castle. We took this path to get around the castle because of one of the Dream Along with Mickey shows taking place.
-Some people had reported about some of Thunder Mtn not working. Everything seemed to be running fine (including the earthquake portion) when I rode it.

I also got to get my pictures with Tink and Fawn (my two favorite fairies) as well as Vivida so I was happy about that.

Epcot

Not too much to report here, except they were still working on the railings by the Innoventions fountain. The new restaurant over in Mexico was also up and running.

Hollywood Studios

Has anyone mentioned about the Backlot Tour now having a pre-recorded spiel (like Living with the Land)? I never knew about this and if it was mentioned, I may have missed it. Was dissapointed on how the Animation Tour was watered down, but LOVED the meet-n-greets at the end. Got my pics taken with Donald & Daisy and Loslo (or however you pronounce it) from Toy Story 3 over there.

We also did Midway Mania twice...once in stand-by and with Fastpass (both first thing in the morning). Fastpasses were all gone by 12 noon. Not a great experience getting back there though. People were literally trying to knock down the cast members with the rope and stampede back there. Definitely a great ride but Buzz Lightyear's SRS is still a tad better IMO.

Animal Kingdom

Mainly went over here to do Everest, Primeval Whirl and Triceretops Spin. Not too much to report over there.

As far as Pop goes, we found it hard to navigate through the place. It's larger than the All-Stars, but it seems to have a more confusing layout than it's counterports. We're already talking about staying at AS Movies again on our next trip.

Bought the Contemporary monorail playset and some other items to help beef up my Christmas monorail display this year.

Free dining was AWESOME!!!!! Can't say it more than that! We did Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare, Tony's Town Square, Garden Grille and Crystal Palace. We'll definitely do the Dining Plan again...it was well worth it for us. Overall, it was a great trip and can't wait to go back again!

I'll be posting a PTR sometime in the near future! :)

- Space Mtn: I can't wait to ride the new version (it was under refurb during our last visit)
- The Tea Cups: This is one of my fav rides - it is supposed to be back up & running by our next trip - I hope so!

Tink is my fav fairy (as if you couldn't guess) - LOL
I am looking forward to getting a pic w/ her on our next trip!

Hollywood Studios
We will be sure to get our fastpasses 1st thing in the morning for Toy Story Mania!

We have stayed at POP twice, never at the AS Movies though.
As far as the value resorts go, I would like to try AS Movies sometime.

We enjoy the free dining promotion!
We are also booked for Chef Mickey's (eaten there before); have already done 1900 Park Fare, Tony's Town Square, Garden Grill, & Crystal Palace - all of these are great!
We always do the dining plan.

Glad you trip was fun & I hope you get to go back soon too!

Yeah, on our last trip in Dec. 09, it took us 6 visits to Pixie Hollow before we finally got Silvermist.

We'll be back in March for cheer nationals and I'm dreading seeall of those refurb walls and tarps. Ah well, as long as it's productive.

You will find the layout at AS Movies to be not as confusing, plus being able to find your car/room easily, as well as your way to Cinema Hall (Classic Hall at Pop). Also, in all my years of going to the World, I never saw a stampede for a ride like what I had witnessed for Toy Story Mania. We were lucky to ride it twice. It was surely alot of fun!

Just remembered and forgot to mention that the Kodak logo is off the Imageworks sign as you exit the JII ride. However, the Kodak logo is still on the main sign out front of the pavillion, as well as the directional signs. I'm thinking they may have just pulled from this attraction as their name is still all over WDW for various reasons. If anyone else can inform of their logo slowly dissapearing around the resort, perhaps it can be reported.
