Baby Care Center / Children's Concierge Answers Needed!!!

We are leaving on thursday for a week at the WORLD!!! And my wife and I get to introduce our 1-Yr old to the wonderful world of Disney. Anyway, I am assuming that the Baby Care Centers are still open, but does anyone know if the children's concierge centers are still around? I found another site that said they opened in 2004 but thats it.

Also does anyone know if there is a place to purchase meals like "Gerber Graduates"? and if so, do you think that the table service resturaunts would heat them up?

Stupid questions I know, i just want to be as prepared as possible.

The baby care centers are definitely still open. Don't know about the other questions though.

The child care centers are AWESOME!!!!

I know that they sell baby food, however I am not sure about the graduates food. You might want to consider bringing these with you if you have a picky eater. But we found that a lot of the restaurants were extremely accomomidating as far as food for our little one.
