I agree. That's why I think I surf the forums, buy the videos, buy the books, read the magazines etc. Its my attempt to keep the magic going all year round!

Of course, someday I hope to work at WDW (or in Orlando) so I can go to WDW alot more!

By the way, to all the CMs on the boards: THANKS!!! and pass that along to the rest of the CMs that aren't on the boards.

Without the CMs WDW would be just another park. After going to WDW for 20+ years there has been only one CM I ever remember being less that polite, but after all, anyone can have a bad day.

To all the ride operators, waiters/waitresses, housekeepers, custodians, security personel, etc.... THANK YOU!!!

No matter what type of venture you're discussing, whether it's WDW, a sports team, or a band, the hard-core fans will always be the most critical. Most of the people on these boards are hard-core fans, including some of the current and former CM's we have here. Even in the most critical posts, usually the poster's love of WDW shines through.

Look at it this way...it's kind of like family. You can talk bad about them and still love them anyway. Even though my crazy Aunt Alice gets drunk every Christmas day and makes a complete a$$ out of herself year after year, I still love her. Even if I am VERY critical of her at times.

Disney and Hockey?

I'm not Kenny Johnsson if that's what you mean, however, I'm a super duper Islander fan and when I first started on the computer he was my favorite player.........of course things change. I'm still a season ticket holder, hockey crazed Islander fan however, my favorite player is now Jason Blake. Also, if you look in my profiles around chat's, my two favorite things in the world are Disney and the Islanders. I'm obsessed about both.!!!! Seeing where you came from, I'm assuming your an Islander fan also?

One thing you need to understand on themepark insider...its not a "disney-centric" site...Its going to have both praise and criticism for EVERY PARK REVIEWED. Thats what being a critic is about,giving your views about a product and saying why you agree or disagree about it.

I couldn't agree more. I'm 28 now, and have been going with my family since I was 11. Of course I do make trips down with my wife, but we always try at least one trip a year with my parents. WDW has become a family tradition. We have been almost every year since 1985 and don't plan on stopping. No other place I've ever been can compare with the magic that WDW has. When I'm there, everything just feels right. I feel like I'm home...
