I’m going again on Saturday with my dad. He enjoys these movies and got out of Infinity War not liking it.

Why didn’t he like it? The heroes lost in the end. He also didn’t understand a continuation was coming. He thought that was it lol.
I mean, the way they marketed that movie, I don’t think I blame him lol. Unless you follow movie release schedules and read all of the press, I’m going to guess that most people are like your dad in that regard.

So, I mentioned earlier that I have a business trip taking me away from home this week into next. My hubby has purchased his ticket for Thursday night at a local theater (several hours after he drops me at the train station for my Amtrak to Philly)...I'm thinking that I may seek out a showing while I'm in Texas. I'm scheduled to land at DFW at 6:38pm on Sunday. I think I might be able to make an 8pm show in Southlake...he says that is a bad idea considering I have to be at work on Monday.

I say, pshaw, I'm a senior executive, I don't have to be in the office at 9am. Or maybe I ditch the TX co-workers one night (I'm there for 3 nights) and go see it on my own. And then my sweetie and I can go see it together on Friday May 3 when I'm home, which coincidentally is our wedding anniversary...

Kicker will be, if we see it separately before we see it together, can we keep from talking about it until after we see it together???

We’ve all come to an agreement here already. No spoiler talk. Not even spoiler tags. The spoiler thread will go up Thursday night eastern US time by whoever has an earlier showing.
Why doesn't someone just make a spoiler thread now so that its already there for the overseas folks who see it before the US.

I mean its only obvious instead of just saying no one post anything until some East Coaster makes a thread 2 days from now.

I know it hard for some to fathom, but the world (even on a Disney fan forum like this) doesn't revolve around the East Coast. :)

But wait, I thought NYC was the greatest city in the world? Why shouldn't the world revolve around us? j/k

(truly am joking, I spent half of last month in GMT--near the center of Ireland, to be precise!)

Once you’ve both seen it... you’re free to talk 🤗

I’m sure it’s been taken down by now.

Because that’s when the most people will be able to participate was my thinking. Save it for when the conversation could be bigger.

I say create one when it’s first released no matter where in the world that may be, if that’s tonight (tomorrow for some folks) so be it.

I’m in the panhandle Florida, central time zone. If I have to wait you do too!
