Avatars?

can sumone help me with my avatar or whateva its called? everyone has sucha big one and i cant get any bigger than the one i have now...if i hafta upload a pic can suone tell me how..i can make a website in 20 mintues with HTML and i cant upload..jeesh..lol

It can be no larger than 160x160 pixels, I believe.

right click on the picture and save it to your hard drive...then go to the "edit options" section and change the avatar ...click on "change avatar" and you will see a section on the botton that reads "upload an avatar from your computer.... browse for this avatar that you just saved and click on it...that should upload the new avatar....it should work just fine...
