At least we have Frontiers of Pandora this year into next…
If they are smart, they should get moving on that so they can have it open with the 3rd film.So where is that Avatar experience at Disneyland that Iger was all hot about?
I actually think the delays are good for Avatar in the theme parks. The Longer the franchise is stretched out, the more relevant it can remain in the parks. Where if the franchise were to wrap up earlier, it would make the series dated sooner. So where is that Avatar experience at Disneyland that Iger was all hot about?
That's supposed to be the release dates of the S. Obaid-Chinoy Star Wars film.Avatar 3 moves to December 19, 2025.

Something's gonna move...
I don't know what do think of the delays. Part of me thinks Disney just has contempt for their most successful property being something they inherited. I doubt it's because they couldn't make the production deadlines. Maybe there's an issue of releasing them too quickly where they aren't events.
At least the video game looks dope.
He's the guy funding it. He can take all the time he wants.I believe it's James Cameron who wants more time.
Cameron CLEARLY wants to revolutionize film viewing again. That delay is insane unless he has something up his sleeve. Maybe he really has a solid idea for no-glasses 3D or movies that act like virtual motion simulation rides.
Avatar is one of my favorite franchises very excited for these.![]()
