Would imagine within the year we will be getting info as to what and when Disney will be planning for avatar land.
If Cameron has already written the remaining 3 scripts....Disney must know the overall arc of the story and the different areas we will visit in the films

I think a good way to sum up Avatar is this. I'm not saying everyone feels this way, but for me, I thought it was good when it came out, but I have absolutely no desire to ever watch it again or see any sequels.

I thought it had great 3-D. Besides that it left me cold, and yes, I have no desire to see a sequel, let alone multiple ones.

In all seriousness, I agree with Steve. Avatar Land would not have been my 1st or even 101st pick for a new land, but I don't care for Cars, and I was blown away by Cars Land. If the substance of the land is awesome, I don't think the source material will matter.

On the other hand, if the substance of the land is met with budget cuts and is scaled back, that will be an issue. The weaknesses of the source material and thematic fit into DAK will be amplified if the substance of the attractions and landscape of the area aren't top notch.
