Avatar request

Well, I am probably the only person in the entire world with the worst knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 7. Which means, I can't get an avatar of my own uploaded, it says i'm exceeding bytes or something. The avatars I make look horrid anyways, so if one of you graphic designer guys out there could make me a really cool avatar, i'd greatly appreciate it!

What I want: A really good Nemo avatar, one that I can use for a long time. Also, I want it to be able to be customizable, meaning things can be added for Christmas, Halloween, etc. I'd also like my name on there in some kind of way.
