Here is the pic I am trying to change to, is there a reason I cannot? Anyone help, thanks. I do this often, so i must be overlooking something.

It won't upload at all, that must be the problem, I will work on it

Tried as Gif and Jpg. SHould I reboot and try or is it with magic. Any suggestions, thanks. Size is 16o x 148 so that's fine.
