Autograph question

Okay, so I'm trying to figure out... what all characters can't/don't sign autographs? I know King Louie, Bullseye, Mike and Sully don't. And when I was at MNSSHP Goliath did not. So... who else doesn't sign autographs? Especially some of the harder-to-find characters I'm curious about.

Yup, knew about the stamp ones... although Green Army Men don't always use stamps, sometimes they hand sign it as well.

King Louie can not sign his arms do not wrok properly. I have heard he does have a stamp but it is never used. Was it Rafiki you saw that signed he is a monkey as well oooo I am sorry hes a baboon.......lol

Nope, King Louie does NOT sign. He has an autograph, as virtually all characters do, however he cannot actually sign autographs.
