Hi! I am new to the boards and might be posting this in the wrong place. If so I am sorry. My mom daughter and I ar going to Disney in August. I wanted to get an autograph book before I went but I am not having any luck finding one. The Disney Store here in Virginia didn't even have one so if any one could help I would be grateful.

I just started sending my clients that have a package booked with me and have at least 1 child under the age of 10 a free autograph book.

You can call this number and they will ship one to you.

WDW Attraction Merchandise Mail Order (407)363-6200
Open Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 11:45 and 12:30 - 5:00 (eastern). If an item is available at the parks, they'll try and track it down and ship to you.

You can also get them at almost any gift shop in WDW.

I believe it's like 5 bucks.. it's not all that much considering what they mean to the kids...
Kids? They mean something to people besides kids too,... :lookaroun I mean, yeah, kids love them!

Seriously though, does anyone else use the autograph books like mini-journals/scrapbooks for their trips, or is that just me?

I order one on EBAY for my neice with shipping it was $10 total. She's leaving today for her first trip and I gave her the autograph book and some other disney things for her trip this past Sunday. She was so excited.

Only 24 more days and I will be in WDW:sohappy: :sohappy:

A lot of people make their own! They will get something scrapbook-style and have the character sign one side and you can put the pictures all around and on the other page... or just get a nice little notebook and have them sign it. The disney ones are a bit of a rip off(5 bucks and cheap looking)... and easily mistaken for each other so someone can walk off with it thinking it is theirs....or just take it. Thievery happens at MK too, you know! You also have a better chance of getting it back if you lose it and it isn't just your every day autograph book that everyone has. Just a suggestion. =)

thanks for all the suggestions. I had thought about making my own. I would have my daughter help make it but she don't know that we are going to Disney. It has been real hard making all the reservations and things without her overhearing but so far I have done it. Now if I can just keep her in the dark about the trip until we board the plane.

I agree with making your own scrap book. You can also order scrapbooking stuff from Disney (Pam, you have any ideas on that one?).

...but I won't get into the general consensus of the "furry friends" about autograph books...
