Who knows? Last year they extended the buy 4 get 3 free, I think? And the free dining bounce back offers started the last week of August!
Summer is not their slow time... it doesn't really start to slow down until the end of August/first week of Sept.! If the bookings are down... anything is possible!
Keep checking Mousesavers and sign up for everything imaginable from Disney... you might get one of the elusive pin codes that they send out randomly from time to time!
