Attractions with wait lists

Once my six months is up, I'll be transferring from the attraction I'm in now. Is anyone aware of the "wait lists" to work on certain attractions like the apparently very long ToT wait list? I'd like to apply for an attraction that I actually have a chance of getting.

I don't think you can transfer to a specific attraction? You transfer areas and then they put you where they need cast. The only wait-lists are for cross-training at an attraction already in your area, I believe.

Can you ever get full time on a attraction?

Yes. But there is definitely a waiting list for that depending on your area. You pretty much have to start out as part time first

What jobs have the shortest wait list for full time

That is something to talk to management about because I am not looking to go full time so everything I know I know from my coworkers that are complaining about the wait.
