I am not sure about the locomotive ones but I did not think they were from the mexico/SA region.
 
The only ESPN Zone in WDW is at the Boardwalk the All-Star Cafe opened with the Wide World of Sports Complex, I belive you are confusing the two.

I also the think the first Mickey cartoon released in theatres was actually Plane Crazy. It was his first cartoon period, but I am not sure on the order of which was released first. You could probably find it with a search though.

Steamboat Willie wasn't Mickey's first cartoon, just the first sound cartoon.

Steamboat Willie

Steamboat Willie was the first cartoon released with Mickey Mouse, but Plane Crazy was actually made first. The reason being that Steamboat Willie had Sound.
