You can swap out any current attraction for any other attraction, past or present, regardless of location or time period, at all four WDW parks. But you can only chose one each. (Past attractions can be updated versions to make them current/timeless)

Mine:
MK - Monsters Inc Laugh Floor for Dreamflight/If You Had Wings
EPCOT - Wonders Of Life Pavilion for Horizons 2.0
DHS - American Idol for Monsters Inc Laugh Floor
AK - this park hasn't really been around long enough to work well with this, so I'll just say current Dinosaur for the old, more intense version.

What about you?

Hmmm...

I'd "sacrifice" Stitch for Alien Encounter, the as-yet-unfinished Princess Fairytale Hall for Snow White, the new Country Bear Jamboree for the old one, the overlaid Pirates for the old Pirates, the truncated Imagination for the original, and Pooh for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Somebody get me a time machine and I can make it all happen in an instant!

MK: SGE for Snow White's Scary Adventures (SWSA wouldn't be in the same location as SGE is now)
Epcot: The Outpost/open area between pavilions for Australia
DHS: Backlot Tours for Pixar Place expansion/Carsland
AK: Rafiki's Planet Watch (and surrounding area) for Beastly Kingdom

DAK:
-Dinosaur for Countdown to Extinction (I just think the name is better).

That's easy...

MK...swap out Stitch for Mr. Toad's Awesome Ride
Epcot... swap current Imagination for Original Imagination pavilion
Studios...swap out the stupid Hat for an unobstructed view of the Chinese Theater
AK...swap Dinosaur for original Countdown to Extinction (with all effects working)

If I could keep going...
Swap out Soarin' for original Kitchen Kaberet
Swap out current EE for a working A mode Yeti
