Hi Everyone!
I'm thinking of planning a trip for late November (after Thanksgiving) and early December. We've been to Disney many times but it was usually in April/May and I know we've run into a few referbs in the past on the attractions that we wish weren't down, but we "let it go" (sorry had to do it ).
The questions I posing are:
1) When WDW decides to referb an attraction, is it based on need, money, park attendance patterns or all of the above?
2) Is anytime of the year better then another to go to avoid these referbs?
Anything you all can give me, would be greatly appreciated. We are planning the trip with the family, this weekend. Thanks again!
