AutoCad is what I use. It is very pricey for the full version, but you can get the Light version for 300-400 dollars. Also, if you go the the AutoDesk website, they send you the full AutoCad for a time limit of I believe 30 days. But, this program is the very best, extremely accurate and can make some beautiful drawings.

If WDC is selling copies of their building properties, they can do that as they please..

But it doesn't mean that anyone who bought one of those to
Copy them again, Sell those copies,or publish them on ANY kind of media...

WDC is the owner, and one should have their permission at any time in writing.

So if you take that chance, you're running a risk for law suites etc... and you wouldn't be the first, WDC has taken to court.
