Literally two minutes ago, I was talking to our customer service representative who was angry and annoyed that a customer was asking her, to fax something which she had faxed previously, and she was on the verge of telling them she had already faxed it and didn't see why she had to fax it again.

I suggested that she re-fax it, move on and enjoy the rest of her day rather than spending it battling with them over something so petty.
