Attendance policy question..?

What's the current attendance policy for front line CM, parks resorts, etc?

Is it still 3-in-30 for a reprimand? That meaning you need to earn 3 points in 30 days to get a reprimand.

But, for each point, you can call out 3 days in a row sick and they'll tie-together into 1 point, thus you could miss 6 days but only earn 2 pts and thus not a reprimand?

Or has it changed to be more strict?

Yes, as of this past fall that is how it should still work. Best bet would be to have your friend talk to one of their managers just to make sure this is still the case.

But as for calling-in a few days in a row, after so many days the company may request a doctors note.

If you still need an answer PM me with your work area.

You can't call in six days in a row and only get two points without a doctors note. If you call in any more than three days in a row you have to bring in a signed document from a doctor.
