How come I can't post attatchments? Is it something I did wrong or is this for everyone or what? I noticed at the bottom that it says "you may not post attatchments", anyone know why?

Just like me, you're probably not a premium member who pays a subscription fee to access certain parts of this/these website/forums. The only forum you can post attachments in is Digital Media Contests. All other ones are blocked for being able to post attachments for non-subscribing members...
