At last, my long awaited Disney trip! Care to spare some tips?

Hi friends, first of all, thanks for your participation in this forum. I've been reading you for years, enjoying the insights, suggestions and knowledge on Disney parks.

Finally, I'm visiting WDW for 8 whole days! (2 for each park). I'll be arriving on february the 25th and I have some questions.

1. How are the crowds on february/march?
2. I wear glasses, a loose pair, and i'm a little bit concerned that any rough ride may make me lose them. Anyone has had any experience on this?
3. Any suggestions on which park should I visit first or any order in particular?
4. Other suggestions, whatever you think I should know beforehand.

Thank you very much in advance!

I'll echo all the other tips and advice you have here, and reiterate that you should book your Fastpasses and dining ASAP. If you want to eat at Be Our Guest for dinner, you really need to have booked it already. (DO eat at Be Our Guest - it's magical). As you're staying offsite you can only book your Fastpasses a month out. Even if you're not sure what you want to do each day, book something ASAP anyway and you can change your booking later anyway.

MK on Day 1 is essential, especially for your first time, IMHO.

As for glasses, I've ridden everything both with contacts and glasses and never had any problems, although I favour contacts for comfort and convenience (just be sure to bring your glasses if you're going to be in the park all day as your eyes will need a rest. Bear in mind you can easily spend 12-14 hours in MK without leaving!). If your eyesight is such that you can't see details without them, you won't want to ride without them as the theming on all the rides is brilliant and you'll want to see it in all its glory!

Regarding glasses, i bring two glasses cases. One to switch my regular glasses with sunglasses and an empty case to put the other pair when going on a roller coaster. But pairs in their cases I put in my backpack.
