The parade at DHS is about 11 minutes long, so it's not a huge to-do...it gets decent crowds lined along its path -- but what it is mostly known for is blocking up the entire park such that you can't get from one side to the other without waiting through that 11 minute parade...

Unless you really want to see it, plan your route so that you are nowhere near it during the parade time, or you WILL be watching it...
