at Disney with a non-Disney fan

A lot of my friends claim to dislike Disney. I don't tolerate it.
As for going on a trip with non-disney fanatics... send them to universal and take the park in with those who matter. Always worked for me!

years back i took my best friend from school, he didnt really like disney but said he would give it a chance, just from the holiday aspect of it, thats all he really wanted was any holiday! Anywho my friend used to be a bit of an emo at the time well we landed at Sanford, and when we drove under the sign after complaining all the way on the plane that he thought he wasnt going to enjoy himself and maybe i should have got someone else to come along... well he enterted the bubble...... he came back 4 times with my family lol he enjoyed it so much! he was devasted when i got engaged and said with puppy dog eyes " i won't get to go to disney anymore will i?" needless to say i said dont worry im sure you can come with us, just maybe not the honeymoon lol.

I did take another friend who used to live in the middle east and australia! she complained about everything to the point we had an argument! she sat hoffing in AK complaining she wasnt going anywhere untill she could go home! (to the uk and by the way she was 38!) couldnt beleive it! after that she tried a bit harder when she returned to the hotel! needless to say i was so unimpressed by the way she acted not long after we got back we went our seperate ways! :wave:

Your comment made me think about how much I appreciate my wife. We watch Disney films together, we talk about Disney and live Disney. I hear people talk about how tough marriage is when couples are of different religious beliefs or political parties but when they are not compatible in all things Disney it's got to be horrible.
